What is co-production?  

In practice, co-production involves people with lived experiences (users of services) working alongside other key stakeholders as equals to make collective decisions and inform positive change that benefits all in a meaningful and purposeful way. 

During this ‘co-producing co-production’ hack-a-thon we will explore what co-production means to us as a region, and will:

•       Work together to co-design our regional definition of co-production

•       Develop the basis of our co-production charter to inform our regional co-production strategy and commissioning framework in Cwm Taf Morgannwg 

Co-production takes time. 

If carried out effectively, it will help to overcome barriers, and find solutions, so services can be genuinely created to meet the needs of those who need them.

Yn ymarferol, mae cydgynhrychu’n golygu cael pobl â phrofiadau byw (defnyddwyr gwasanaethau) i weithio law yn llaw â rhanddeiliaid allweddol eraill ar sail gyfartal er mwyn iddynt wneud penderfyniadau ar y cyd ac addysgu newidiadau cadarnhaol sydd o fudd i bawb, mewn modd ystyrlon a phwrpasol.

Yn ystod yr hac-a-thon ‘cydgynhyrchiad cydgynhyrchiol’ hwn byddwn ni’n archwilio ystyr cydgynhyrchu i ni fel rhanbarth a byddwn ni’n:

•       Cydweithio i gyd-gynllunio ein diffiniad rhanbarthol o gydgynhyrchu

•       Datblygu sail ein siarter gydgynhyrchu i addysgu ein strategaeth gydgynhyrchu ranbarthol a’n fframwaith gomisiynu yng Nghwm Taf Morgannwg

Mae cydgynhyrchu’n cymryd amser.

Os yw’n cael ei wneud yn effeithiol, bydd yn helpu i oresgyn rhwystrau, a dod o hyd i atebion, er mwyn i wasanaethau allu cael eu creu i ateb anghenion go iawn y rhai sydd angen eu defnyddio.

• Eisiau defnyddio eich profiadau eich hunan (boed broffesiynol neu o fywyd) i addysgu’r modd mae gwasanaethau’n cael eu cydgynhyrchu
•  Eisiau dysgu mwy am gydgynhyrchu oddi wrth arbenigwyr
