This hack-a-thon will explore individual experiences from users of services and the workforce about what mental health and wellbeing means to them, and what is needed to improve population mental health and wellbeing across the region moving forward.

Come along if you:

  • Would like to create solutions with professionals and people who use services, carers and parents
  • Would like to use your own experiences (both professional or lived) to influence mental health and wellbeing services

As part of the hack-a-thon, we will work in small groups to look at people’s stories and examples, and co-design potential solutions for improvement.

Each group will be led by a creative individual who will support in facilitating meaningful conversations and a creative piece, for example a song.

The workshops we will cover include:

My support - Community services

My care - Supporting my journey to and from diagnosis

My wellbeing -  Prevention, including a focus on suicide and self-harm

My health  - With a focus on substance misuse

My community – loneliness and isolation

Bydd yr hac-a-thon hwn yn archwilio profiadau unigol gan ddefnyddwyr gwasanaethau a’r gweithlu am ystyr iechyd meddwl a llesiant iddyn nhw, a beth sydd angen ei wneud i wella iechyd meddwl a llesiant y boblogaeth ar draws y rhanbarth i’r dyfodol.

Dewch heibio os ydych chi:

  • Eisiau creu atebion gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol a phobl sy’n defnyddio gwasanaethau, gofalwyr a rhieni
  • Eisiau defnyddio eich profiadau eich hunan (boed broffesiynol neu o fywyd) i ddylanwadu ar wasanaethau iechyd meddwl a llesiant

Fel rhan o’r hac-a-thon, byddwn ni’n gweithio mewn grwpiau bach i edrych ar straeon ac enghreifftiau pobl, a chydgynhyrchu atebion posib ar gyfer gwella.

Arweinir pob grwp gan unigolyn creadigol a fydd yn cefnogi hwyluso sgyrsiau ystyrlon a darn creadigol – cân, er enghraifft.

Bydd y gweithdai y byddwn ni’n ymdrin â nhw’n cynnwys:

Fy nghefnogaeth – gwasanaethau cymunedol
Fy ngofal – cefnogi fy nhaith ar ôl derbyn diagnosis
Fy llesiant – atal, gan gynnwys rhoi sylw i hunanladdiad a hunan-niweidio
Fy iechyd – cam-drin sylweddau
Fy nghymuned – unigrwydd ac ynysrwydd
