Dewch heibio os ydych chi:
Fel rhan o’r hac-a-thon, byddwn ni’n gweithio mewn grwpiau bach i edrych ar straeon ac enghreifftiau pobl, a chydgynhyrchu atebion posib ar gyfer gwella.
Arweinir pob grwp gan unigolyn creadigol a fydd yn cefnogi hwyluso sgyrsiau ystyrlon a darn creadigol – cân, er enghraifft.
Bydd y gweithdai y byddwn ni’n ymdrin â nhw’n cynnwys: Gofal saib, swyddi a gwirfoddoli, iechyd meddwl, byw’n annibynnol, cyfleoedd i gael hwyl, bod yn rhan o gymuned a theimlo’n ddiogel.
