As a Regional Partnership Board, we have worked with our communities to develop a definition for co-production.
Now we need to move onto the next stage of our journey.
What does co-production look like in practice? How will we know when we’ve had success?
This half day workshop aims to take all of the ideas shared so far on our co-production journey and begin to ‘put some meat on the bones’.
Often when people create strategies, vision documents, manifestos or similar documents they can fail to have the intended impact because they haven’t defined what success looks like, and they haven't envisioned what the work could look like in practice.
We will use this opportunity to work together to start to define what good co-production looks like across our health and social care services in Cwm Taf Morgannwg.
The workshop will use a combination of small group work, personal reflections and interactive activities to help us achieve the foundations of what a regional co-production charter, and our values relating to co-production should include.
Questions that will be explored through the workshop:
1. How would someone know that co-production is happening when they walked in the room?
2. How would someone know that a person or organisation was committed to co-production?
3. What behaviours/actions can I do in my role as a professional or person with lived experiences in Cwm Taf Morgannwg
4. What behaviours/actions could others do in their role
Your voice matters, and we would welcome you to be part of this journey with us!
