Day one (8th  March)

Meaningful Conversations

In this workshop we'll explore the importance of meaningful conversations, and look at  language & jargon busting & supporting people before, during and following a conversation.

 Building Trust 

In this workshop we'll look at the theme of trust, and building good, sustainable relationships with the people we engage with.

Day two (9th March)

Workshop 3: : Inspiring positive action 

In this workshop we'll explore the importance of inspiring positive action together, including working with people in our community to create positive changes. 

Workshop 4: Closing the loop 

In this workshop we'll discuss the importance of feedback and keeping those who took part in our activities informed of the impact their contribution is having on service creation and improvement.
