Workshop 1: Meaningful Conversations (7th February) 

In this workshop we'll explore the importance of meaningful conversations, and look at  language & jargon busting & supporting people before, during and following a conversation.

Workshop 2: Building Trust (14th February) 

In this workshop we'll look at the theme of trust, and building good, sustainable relationships with the people we engage with.

Workshop 3: : Inspiring positive action (28th February)

In this online workshop we'll explore the importance of inspiring positive action together, including working with people in our community to create positive changes. 

Workshop 4: Closing the loop (7th March) 

In this workshop we'll discuss the importance of feedback and keeping those who took part in our activities informed of the impact their contribution is having on service creation and improvement.
